By creating an account or using the ID Delete service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ID Delete identifies records about you on third-party data broker websites and submits opt-out / deletion requests on your behalf, then monitors and re-submits requests on an ongoing basis. You authorize us to act as your designated agent for these requests.
To find your records, we need accurate identifiers. You agree the information you submit is your own (or the information of a person for whom you have legal authority, such as your minor child in the Family plan) and is correct to your knowledge.
Data brokers operate independently of us. We cannot guarantee that any specific broker will remove a record, how quickly they will respond, or that they will not later re-list you. We will, however, continue to file requests on your behalf and escalate non-compliant brokers using applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing support@iddelete.com. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not pro-rate refunds for the current period unless we haven't yet begun your initial scan, in which case a full refund applies.
You agree not to: (a) submit information about a person whose identifiers you do not have authority to use; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service; (c) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The ID Delete name, logo, software, and content are owned by ID Delete, Inc. The data we collect from data brokers about you is yours, and we will provide it to you on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Atlanta, GA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we email active customers and post notice on the homepage.
